Install an Authenicator App

To continue you will need to download and install one of the following authentication apps. You may choose either Google, MicroSoft or DUO authenticator app for your mobile phone or device.

  • Google App
  • Microsoft App
  • DUO App

How to use the Google Authenticator app for your mobile device?

  1. Open the Play Store for an Android Device or the App Store for an Apple Device.
  2. Search for the 'Google Authenticator' and install.
  3. Open the 'Google Authenticator' app on your device. After it is installed, scan the QR image shown below:

  4. OR If you are not able to scan the QR image then you can enter the following app code into the authenticator app.

  5. Once you have successfully scanned the QR image or manually entered the app code, the authenticator app will display the 'Signant SmartSignals Authenticator' on the screen with a new PIN code associated with it.
  6. Enter the PIN code into the input field below, click Verify, to complete the authentication process.

How to use the Microsoft Authenticator app for your mobile device?

  1. Open the Play Store for an Android Device or the App Store for an Apple Device.
  2. "Search for the 'Microsoft Authenticator' and install.
  3. Open the 'Microsoft Authenticator' app on your device once it is installed, scan the QR image shown below:

  4. OR If you are not able to scan the QR image then you can enter the following app code into the authenticator app.

  5. Once you have successfully scanned the QR image or manually entered a pin code, the autenticator app will display the 'Signant SmartSignals Authenticator' on the screen with a new PIN code associated with it.

  1. Open the Play Store for an Android Device or the App Store for an Apple Device.
  2. "Search for the 'DUO Authenticator' and install.
  3. Open the 'DUO Authenticator' app on your device once it is installed, scan the QR image shown below:

  4. OR If you are not able to scan the QR image then you can enter the following app code into the authenticator app.

  5. Once you have successfully scanned the QR image or manually entered the app code, the autenticator app will display the 'Signant SmartSignals Authenticator' on the screen with a new PIN code associated with it.
